 Corned beef hash - 1 can (12-ounces)
 Eggs2
 Cheddar Cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Salt To Taste, seasoned
 Pepper To Taste, seasoned

Directions

MAKING
1. Separate the mixture and spoon it into 2 custard cups.
2. Make a hollow in center of hash with back of spoon and gently break 1 egg into each hollow.
3. Pierce yolks with toothpick and sprinkle each egg with cheese and seasonings. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap. Cook on MEDIUM (5) for 5 to 6 minutes or till the egg white is opaque

SERVING
4. Let the egg dish stand for 1 minute, covered, before serving. Serve hot
