Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole; toss well.
Cover surface with plastic wrap; vent.
Microwave at HIGH 12 minutes or until tender, Stirring every 3 minutes; let cool.
Place apple mixture in a food processor; process until smooth.
Return apple mixture to casserole.
Cover with wax paper; microwave at HIGH 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
Cover and chill.
