Micro Grilled Pork Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cumin | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 3 pounds pork back ribs | ||
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Barbecue sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grilled Sweet Potatoes | ||
Directions
Combine brown sugar, cumin, salt and peppers in small bowl.
Rub onto ribs.
Arrange ribs in single layer in 13x9-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
Pour water over ribs; cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70% power) 15 minutes, rearranging ribs and rotating dish halfway through cooking time.
Arrange medium-hot Kingsford briquets on one side of grill.
Place ribs on grid area opposite briquets.
Barbecue ribs, on a covered grill, 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes and basting with sauce the last 10 minutes.
Ribs should be browned and cooked through.
Serve with Grilled Sweet Potatoes.
