Directions

GETTING READY
1. Mash up black beans in a bowl.
2. Finely chop red onion, red bell pepper, de-seeded jalapeno pepper, and garlic. Mix these in.
3. Add bread crumbs, water, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
