Meyer Lemon Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind | ||
| Lemon juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves.
2. Pour mixture into freezer can of an ice-cream freezer,- freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon sorbet into a freezer-safe container,-cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon rind strips, if desired.
