| Cheddar cheese | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 3 | |
| Pumpkin seeds | 1⁄2 , toasted and sliced (Can Use Sunflower Seeds) | |
| Greens | 2 | |
| Avocado | 1 , mashed | |
| Sour cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fritos | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |
Directions
Mix salad greens with other salad ingredients.
Mix dressing ingredients together.
Pour on dressing and mix.
At last minute add 1/2 pkg.crumbled Fritos.
