Mexican Pork Chop Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
1 t salt
4 to 6 pork chops
1 envelope chili mix
1 c regular or instant rice
1/2 c water
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
Directions
Sprinkle salt in a large skillet; add chops and brown over medium heat.
Sprinkle chili mix over chops, add rice, water and tomatoes.
Be sure all rice is moistened.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
