Ingredients

 
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
 
1/2 lb. ground beef
 
4 flour tortillas (10 in.)
 
1 cup salsa
 
1 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
 
1/2 tsp. Cumin
 
Optional Toppings: Green/red peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. . . (as desired)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F
Cook meat, drain.
Stir in Seasonings. Spread 1/4 cup salsa and 1/2 cup meat mixture on each tortilla. Top each with 1/2 cup cheese and desired optional toppings. Bake in preheated oven 8-10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
