Mexican Nibbles Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg white
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 cups bite-size crispy corn squares cereal
Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
Beat egg white (or room temperature) in a large bowl until foamy.
Combine next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, and fold into egg white.
Add cereal; stir gently to coat pieces evenly.
Spread cereal mixture on a baking sheer coated wirh cooking spray.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Let cereal mixture cool on baking sheet, store in an airtight container.
