2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
 
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
 
1/2 fresh hot pepper, finely minced
 
1 (16 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
 
1/2 cup chopped well drained canned tomatoes
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Heat oil in medium saucepan.
Saute peppers over medium heat 5 minutes.
Add corn, tomatoes, salt, and pepper; heat through.
