FOR MEXICAN SEASONING
MAKING
1. In a bowl, add coriander cumin powder, salt, oregano, dehydrated onion, red pepper, garlic powder, parsley dry flakes, sugar and dry basil. Mix well and transfer it to a container.

SERVING
2. Use the Mexican Seasoning for making Mexican dishes.

FOR MEXICAN SALSA
MAKING
1. In a sauce pan on medium heat, pour olive oil and add Mexican seasoning. Stir well and cook for a minute.
2. Add onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic and jalapeno and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add tomatoes, bell pepper and cook for 4 minutes. Stir in the sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and mix well.
4. Add vinegar and water, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.

SERVING
6. Serve the Mexican Salsa with tortilla chips or nachos.

FOR NACHOS
MAKING
1. In a plate, place tortilla chips and top with grated parmesan cheese and Mexican salsa.
2. Microwave it for a few minutes.

SERVING
3. Serve the Nachos with more salsa and enjoy!
