Directions

In small saucepan, combine the milk, semi-sweet chocolate, and stick cinnamon.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate melts and mixture is heated through.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
Remove cinnamon stick.
Beat mixture vigorously with "molinillo" or rotary beater.
Serve in warmed mugs.
