Mexican Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups water
4 cups milk
Whipped cream
Directions
In large saucepan, heat chocolate, sugar, coffee, spices, salt and water over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in milk; heat.
Beat with rotary beater until foamy.
Top with whipped cream.
