Mexican Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
1 medium very ripe avocado seeded peeled and cut up 1small tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped (1/3 cup)
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, Dash bottled hot pepper sauce or ground red pepper
1/2 cup crushed corn chips
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound lean ground beef
4 tomato slices
4 lettuce leaves
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl mash avocado.
Stir in tomato, the 1 tablespoon onion, the lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and hot pepper sauce.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator till serving time.
Meanwhile, in another medium mixing bowl combine crushed corn chips, milk, the 2 tablespoons onion, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add meat; mix well.
Shape the meat mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
Arrange patties on the cooking grill.
Grill 11 to 12 minutes or till well-done, turning once halfway through grilling time.
Serve patties topped with tomato slices and guacamole on lettuce-lined buns.
