Mexican Beef Kabobs Recipe

| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |

| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Instant meat tenderizer | ||
| 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes | ||
Directions
For sauce: Cook onion in hot oil until tender, but not brown.
Add vinegar, seasonings, and garlic; cover and simmer 20 minutes; cool.
Meanwhile, use tenderizer on meat according to label directions.
Skewer meat; brush with sauce.
Broil over hot coals, about 12 to 15 minutes for medium rare, turning frequently and basting often with sauce.
