 12 ounces crab flavored SURIMI Seafood flakes, chunks or salad style, well flaked
 1 large tomato, halved, seeded and diced
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Black olives1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or fresh parsley
 Salsa1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 cups salad greens, washed, drained and torn into bite sized pieces

Directions

Combine Surimi Seafood, tomato, green onions, olives and cilantro in medium bowl.
Add salsa; toss gendy to combine.
Arrange salad greens on 4 plates and divide seafood mixture over greens.
