Mexican Style Tuna Loaf Recipe
Mexican style tuna loaf is a light yet filling loaf that can be served for lunches. Prepared with canned tina and breadcrumbs, combined with eggs and chopped green pepper and onions, the mexican tuna loaf is baked to cook. Flavored with lemon juice and mexican sauce, it is peppy and simple!
Ingredients
| Tuna | 4 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Bread crumbs | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| 2 teaspoons Chicken-Flavor Instant Bouillon Mexican Sauce | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except Mexican Sauce.
In greased shallow baking dish, shape into loaf.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
