Mexican Style Tuna Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

 
4 (6 1/2-ounce) cans tuna, drained
 
3 cups fresh bread crumbs (6 slices bread)
 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
 
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
 
1/4 cup chopped onion
 
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice from Concentrate
 
2 teaspoons Chicken-Flavor Instant Bouillon Mexican Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except Mexican Sauce.
In greased shallow baking dish, shape into loaf.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
