| Garlic | 1/4 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 1/4 cup shredded sharp process American cheese | ||
| 2 tbsp medium salsa | ||
| Dash of chili powder | ||
| Corn chips or green pepper, zucchini and celery sticks | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In 6-oz custard cup [10-oz custard cup] put margarine and garlic.
2) Place in microwave and cook uncovered on high (550 watts) for 30 to 45 sec [1 to 1 1/4 min] till garlic is soft.
3) Mix cheese, salsa and chili powder.
4) Cook uncovered in microwave on medium (275 watts) for 1 to 1 1/4 min [1 3/4 to 2 1/4 min till cheese is melted.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
