Mexican Style Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 medium head of cauliflower, separated into flowerets | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Olives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| 2 tablespoons fine bread crumbs | ||
| 1 tablespoon olive or salad oil | ||
Directions
1. Preheat oven to hot (425° F.).
2. Cook the flowerets, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water until barely tender. Drain.
3. Mix the tomato sauce, parsley, spices, capers and olives. Pour a little of the sauce into a heatproof baking dish, add cauliflower and cover with remaining sauce.
4. Sprinkle with the cheese, crumbs and oil and bake until brown.
