Mexican Stew Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 pounds pork, trimmed and cubed | ||
| Onions | 3 , sliced | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Canned tomatoes | 3 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1/3 Cup(16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/3 Cup(16 tbs), chopped | |
| Chili powder | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1) Brown the pork and onions in oil.
2) Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer over a low flame for 1 to 1 1/4 hours
