Mexican Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 pounds lean pork spareribs | ||
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 tablespoons olive oil, or half olive oil, half salad oil | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Vinegar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Mexican oregano | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups Red Chile Sauce | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
1 Slice ribs into individual portions and place in a large baking dish. Sprinkle ribs with garlic, salt, oil, pepper, vinegar and oregano. Allow to marinate at room temperature for about 3 hours.
2 Pour red chile sauce over the ribs. Sprinkle with onion.
3 Place in a 350°F. oven and bake for about 2 hours, or until done.
