Mexican Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 container frozen Mexican Beef Mix, defrosted, opposite | ||
| Kidney beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| 1/4 cup French or Russian dressing | ||
| Lettuce | 6 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Stir beans and dressing into defrosted beef mix.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes, or until heated, stirring once.
Set aside In large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
Add beef and bean mixture.
Toss to combine.
