Mexican Roll Ups Recipe

Mexican rolls ups are tortilla roll ups prepared with cream cheese andjalapenos. Flavored with a bit of minced garlic, these tortilla roll ups are great when served with a picante sauce or guacamole as a dip.

Ingredients

 
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
 
1 clove minced garlic
 
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded
 
1 Tbsp. Milk

Directions

Combine cream cheese, garlic and milk in food processor.
Spread mixture on tortillas, completely covering.
Roll up jelly roll style.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap, then roll in damp dish towel.
When all are completed, chill several hours.
Slice into 12 pieces per roll.
Freezes well in a freezer bag.
Good alone or dipped in picante sauce or guacamole dip.
