 1 microwaved 9-in. One Crust Cornmeal Pastry Shell
 1 container frozen Mexican Beef Mix, defrosted
 Beans1 Can (10oz)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), divided
 Shredded monterey jack cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), divided
 Lettuce1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (Toppings:)
 Tomato1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Toppings:)
 Black olives1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Toppings:)
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Toppings:)
 1/4 cup dairy sour cream or salsa sauce

Directions

Prepare pastry shell.
Set aside.
Spread beans in prepared crust.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of each cheese over beans.
Spread beef mix evenly over cheese.
Top with remaining cheese.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 6 to 10 minutes, or until heated and cheese melts, rotating dish 1 or 2 times.
Sprinkle with one or all of the toppings.
