| 1 microwaved 9-in. One Crust Cornmeal Pastry Shell | ||
| 1 container frozen Mexican Beef Mix, defrosted | ||
| Beans | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Lettuce | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (Toppings:) | |
| Tomato | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Toppings:) | |
| Black olives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Toppings:) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Toppings:) | |
| 1/4 cup dairy sour cream or salsa sauce | ||
Directions
Prepare pastry shell.
Set aside.
Spread beans in prepared crust.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of each cheese over beans.
Spread beef mix evenly over cheese.
Top with remaining cheese.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 6 to 10 minutes, or until heated and cheese melts, rotating dish 1 or 2 times.
Sprinkle with one or all of the toppings.
