Mexican Mince Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| 1 clove of garlic, crushed with a little | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Beef | 8 Ounce, minced | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon (Leveled) | |
| 1 8-oz. tin tomatoes | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 8-oz. tin baked beans in tomato sauce | ||
| 1/4 pint stock OR vegetable cooking | ||
| Water | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan heat oil and fry onion and garlic.
2) Brown meat and add flour and mix, add the tomatoes, liquid from the tin, Worcestershire sauce, beans and stock.
3) Cover and boil. Lower the beat and simmer gently for 1 hour.
SERVING
4) Serve with creamed potato and cauliflower.
