Mexican Meatloaf Recipe

2 pounds lean ground beef
 
1 cup picante sauce (2/3 cup in loaf and 1/3 cup over top of loaf)
 
1 cup bread crumbs
 
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

Combine all ingredients, saving 1/3 cup picante sauce for top of meatloaf.
Form into a loaf and place in greased ovenproof pan.
Top with the remaining sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
