 Ground beef3/4 pound

 2 green peppers, cut in thin strips
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz), peeled
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 3/4 cup beef bouillon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1
 Potatoes5 Medium (Mashed potatoes:)
 Water
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Mashed potatoes:)
 Butter1 Tablespoon (Mashed potatoes:)
 Egg yolks2 (Mashed potatoes:)

Directions

1. Chop the onion and saute in the butter.
2. Add the beef and brown. Then add the green peppers, tomatoes, crushed garlic, and bouillon and season with salt and pepper. Heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Peel potatoes and boil in lightly salted water about 20 minutes. Mash and add warm milk, egg yolks, and salt and pepper.
4. Place meat in an ovenproof dish and place the mashed potatoes on top. Bake in a 450°F oven for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown.
