Mexican Meat Balls Recipe

| Ground pork | 250 Gram | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Dry bread crumbs | 30 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 1 Milliliter | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 large clove garlic, minced | ||
| Chili powder | 10 Milliliter | |
| Oregano leaves | 2 Milliliter, crushed | |
| Shortening | 15 Milliliter | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 125 Milliliter | |
| 75 ml finely chopped onion cooked rice | ||
Directions
Combine beef, pork, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Shape into 16 meatballs.
In frying pan, brown meatballs with garlic, chili powder and oregano in shortening.
Stir in soup, water and onion.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
Stir occasionally.
