 Ground beef250 Gram
 Ground pork250 Gram
 1 egg, slightly beaten
 Dry bread crumbs30 Milliliter
 Salt1 Milliliter
 Pepper1 Dash
 1 large clove garlic, minced
 Chili powder10 Milliliter
 Oregano leaves2 Milliliter, crushed
 Shortening15 Milliliter
 Tomato soup1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Water125 Milliliter
 75 ml finely chopped onion cooked rice

Directions

Combine beef, pork, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Shape into 16 meatballs.
In frying pan, brown meatballs with garlic, chili powder and oregano in shortening.
Stir in soup, water and onion.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
Stir occasionally.
