Mexican Layer Dip Recipe Video
Ok, this is a perfect dip to bring over to people’s houses or if you’re just being lazy around the house! This does make a lot of dip because whenever we have people over for football games, there just never seems to be enough food. If you don’t need that much dip, just cut this recipe in half!
Ingredients
| Refried beans | 32 Ounce | |
| Taco seasoning | 2 Ounce (seasoniong of choice) | |
| Salsa | 24 Ounce | |
| Sour cream | 250 Gram | |
| Sweet onion | 1⁄2 Medium, chopped | |
| Romaine lettuce head | 1⁄2 Medium, chopped | |
| Cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded | |
| Tomato | 1 Small | |
| For serving | ||
| Chips | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In bowl, put together, beans, cans of refried beans and the two packages of taco seasoning and stir to combine.
2. In the bottom of the serving platter, put the beans mixture and spread all over.
3. Pour the salsa over the beans and spread all over leaving ½” from the edges.
4. Spread sour cream over the salsa, leave about ½” from the edges.
5. Sprinkle onion on top and then spread chopped lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
SERVING
6. Serve with chips of your choice.
