Mexican Hot Dish Recipe
Ingredients
| Hamburger | 2 Pound | |
| 1/2 Ige. onion, chopped | ||
| Dash of garlic powder | ||
| 1 9-oz. can taco sauce | ||
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tortillas | 1 Dozen | |
| 1 lb. longhorn cheese, grated | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook the hamburger and onion with seasonings until brown, then drain off excess fat.
Add the taco sauce and soups and mix well.
Line an 8 x 14-inch pan with foil, leaving enough on ends to fold back over pan.
Break 4 tortillas into small pieces and place in pan.
Pour 1/2 of hamburger mixture over tortillas, then top with 4 more broken tortillas and 1/2 of the cheese.
Add the remaining hamburger mixture and top with remaining broken tortillas.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Fold foil back over pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in 350-degree oven.
