Mexican Fried Rice Recipe

Directions
In 12-inch skillet, heat oil.
Add rice; cook until golden brown, stirring often.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring mixture to boil; reduce heat.
Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Season to taste; serve with additional salsa, if desired.
