 Vegetable oil3 Tablespoon
 Long grain rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup chili salsa
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1 Small, chopped

Directions
