Mexican Fried Bice Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley sliced | |
| Canned California chilies - 2/3 cup, chopped | ||
| Tomatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Bouillon | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a heavy skillet, heat oil.
2) Saute the rice, stirring, until golden brown.
3) Add the remaining ingredients.
4) Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
SERVING
5) Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
