 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley sliced
 Canned California chilies - 2/3 cup, chopped
 Tomatoes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Bouillon2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy skillet, heat oil.
2) Saute the rice, stirring, until golden brown.
3) Add the remaining ingredients.
4) Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
