Chicken Breast - 1, cooked and shredded
 
Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
 
Green Chili - 1
 
Tomatillos - 12
 
Onion - 1/4
 
Tortillas - 15
 
Grated Cheese - as required
 
Fresh Coriander Leaves - as required
 
Oil - for frying

Directions

MAKING
1. Cook with water tomatoes, chili, coriander and onion, for 10 minutes.
2. Discard the water and blend the ingredients, adding cream.
3. Heat the oil over a pan and fry the sauce for a few minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Fry tortillas on both sides.
6. Pour some sauce over the plate.
7. Dip the tortilla on the sauce and place it over the plate.
8. Place some chicken over one of the tortilla’s sides and roll up.
9. Make 3 rolls.
10. Pour some sauce over it.
11. Add cheese and cream over the enchiladas and melt the cheese.

SERVING
12. Serve hot.
