Ingredients

 Egg1 Large
 Water2 Teaspoon
 Green onion1 Teaspoon, chopped
 1 teaspoon diet margarine
 1/2 English muffin, toasted
 Salsa4 Teaspoon, prepared
 1 slice BORDEN® Lite line® Process Cheese Product, any flavor, cut into triangles

Directions

In small bowl, beat egg, water and green onion.
In small skillet, melt margarine; add egg mixture.
Cook and stir until egg is set.
Spoon egg mixture onto muffin; top with salsa, then cheese product slice.
Place on baking sheet; broil until cheese product slice begins to melt.
Garnish as desired.
