Mexican Egg Muffin Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg | 1 Large | |
| Water | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Green onion | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon diet margarine | ||
| 1/2 English muffin, toasted | ||
| Salsa | 4 Teaspoon, prepared | |
| 1 slice BORDEN® Lite line® Process Cheese Product, any flavor, cut into triangles | ||
Directions
In small bowl, beat egg, water and green onion.
In small skillet, melt margarine; add egg mixture.
Cook and stir until egg is set.
Spoon egg mixture onto muffin; top with salsa, then cheese product slice.
Place on baking sheet; broil until cheese product slice begins to melt.
Garnish as desired.
