Mexican Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 15 1/2-ounce cans chili con carne with beans | ||
| Mexicorn | 1 12 Ounce, drained | |
| Butter or margarine | ||
| 1 12-ounce package corn-muffin mix | ||
Directions
About 30 minutes before serving:
1. Start heating oven to 450°F.
2. In medium saucepan combine chili con carne with corn; heat. Pour into buttered 12-by-8-by-2-inch oven-glass baking dish.
3. Prepare corn-muffin mix as package label directs; spread over chili mixture in baking dish.
4. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden.
