 Cornmeal1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soda1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Creamed corn1 Can (10oz)
 Jalapenos2 , chopped
 Hamburger meat1 Pound
 Onion1 , chopped
 Mild cheddar cheese8 Ounce, grated

Directions

Brown meat with onion.
Mix meal, milk, oil, soda, salt, creamed corn and jalapenos.
Heat skillet to 400°.
Pour 1/2 of meal mixture into preheated skillet, then spread meat mixture over meal mixture.
Put grated cheese on meat mixture and top with remaining meal mixture.
Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
Good served with pinto beans.
