Mexican Combo Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Green pepper | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Chili powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 pound sharp cheese, diced | ||
| Red kidney beans | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Brown ground beef, onion, and pepper in a large skillet, using fork to break up meat.
Mix chili powder and hot water, pour over meat mixture.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Add cheese, beans with juice, salt, and pepper.
Simmer until cheese melts.
Be careful not to let it bum.
