Mexican Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
| Espresso coffee | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), brewed | |
| Heavy cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chocolate syrup | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Kahlua | 1 1/2 Ounce | |
| Whipped cream, for garnish | ||
Directions
In a 10 ounce microproof mug, combine espresso, cream and chocolate syrup.
Microwave on Power 7 for 2 minutes.
Add Kahlua and stir.
Top with whipped cream.
