Mexican Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups strong black coffee
Sugar to taste
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon each nutmeg and cinnamon
Directions
Stir cinnamon into coffee.
Pour into 4 demitasse cups.
Sweeten to taste and top each cup with a generous dollop of whipped cream which has been spiced with the nutmeg and cinnamon.
