Mexican Chocolate Recipe

| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |

Directions
Heat milk with the 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon until steaming.
Add chopped chocolate and stir until melted.
Beat with a rotary mixer until mixture is frothy.
Have ready heavy cream, whipped stiff with the sugar.
Pour hot chocolate into cups and top each with a spoonful of the cream.
Drop a cinnamon stick in each cup, if you wish.
