Mexican Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
1 to 2 small cans green chiles, chopped
Garlic powder to taste
1 box of spaghetti
Butter
Cheddar cheese, grated
Chicken broth, to cover about 1-inch in bottom of casserole
4 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded (reserve broth)
Directions
Combine celery, onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, green chiles, garlic powder and chicken.
Saute in butter.
Break spaghetti into small pieces and cook.
Drain and mix with sauteed mixture.
Pour chicken broth into greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish to cover about 1-inch.
Add some grated cheese to sauteed mixture and place in casserole dish.
Cook in oven at 350° for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Saute in butter.
