Mexican Chicken Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped | 1/2 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced | ||
| Chicken | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Tomato | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Green onions | 3 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Assorted Crackers or tortilla chips for dipping | ||
Directions
In medium bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, jalapeno pepper and garlic powder.
Stir in chicken, tomato, green pepper and onions.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with crackers or tortilla chips for dipping.
