Ingredients
| 1 broiler-fryer (2 1/2 pounds), cut up and skin removed | ||
| 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons extra spicy salt-free 14 herb and spice seasoning blend | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lime | 1 , cut into wedges | |
| Jalapeno peppers | 1 To taste | |

Directions
1. Arrange the chicken, bone-side up, in a shallow microwave-safe baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the extra spicy seasoning blend. Loosely cover the chicken with wax paper.
2. Microwave on Full Power for 8 minutes. Turn each piece of chicken over; drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the remaining extra spicy seasoning blend. Rotate the dish one-quarter turn. Re-cover.
3. Microwave on Full Power for 4 to 6 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Garnish with the lime and fresh jalapeno peppers, if you wish.
