4 Tbsp. flour

1 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

1 Tbsp. catsup

1/2 stick melted butter

1 tsp. chili powder

1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cumin

1 Tbsp. pepper sauce

3/4 lb. American cheese

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 to 1 1/2 cup milk

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients; cook and stir until thick.
Add cheese and garlic powder.
Stir until thickened.
Add milk.
