Mexican Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Doritos, slightly crushed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
How to make Mexican Casserole
Preheat oven to 350°.Brown meat with pepper and onions.
Drain and add tomatoes, beans and soup.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Put Doritos in bottom of 4 quart baking dish.
Pour meat mixture over and top with cheese.
Cook for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
