Directions
1 Cook onion in olive oil until translucent but not brown. Add vinegar, seasoning and garlic. Cover pan and allow to simmer for 20 minutes; cool.
2 Add meat and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
3 Skewer meat cubes alternately with the onions and peppers. Brush with the marinade. Broil in the oven or on an outdoor grill, basting often until done to your liking.
