Mexican Beef & Beans In Lettuce Wraps Recipe

|Lean ground beef||3⁄4 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced / pressed|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned refried beans||17 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned sliced ripe olives||2 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned diced green chilies||4 Ounce (1 Can)|

|Thinly sliced radishes||3 Tablespoon|

Remove meat and discard all but 2 tablespoons drippings.
Add onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne; continue cooking, stirring, until onion is limp.
Stir in refried beans, olives, and chilies; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring, until bubbly and hot.
Stir in 1 cup of the cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Turn into a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top.
Broil about 6 inches from heat just until cheese melts (about 3 minutes).
Mound sour cream in center; sprinkle with radishes and green onion.
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, roll up, and eat out of hand.
