Ingredients

 Very ripe avocados - 2
 Tomato - 1 , peeled, de-seeded and chopped
 Small onion - 1 , shallot or spring onion, chopped
 Green chilli1 , canned
 Coriander1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1
 Lime juice, to taste

Directions

MAKING
1 Peel the avocados.
2 Using a fork, mash them well.
3 Beat in the tomato, onion, chilli and coriander.
4 Add in salt, pepper and lime juice to taste.

SERVING
5 Tastes best when served at room temperature.

TIP
The sauce can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
To avoid discoloration, cover it tightly.
