Mexican Artichoke Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Fat-free mayonnaise - 1 cup | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Soft breadcrumbs - 1 cup | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Artichoke hearts | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Green chilies | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cooking spray | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
MAKING
2.Mix together mayonnaise, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder.
3. Gradually add in the artichokes and the green chilies.
4.In a 1 quart casserole dish, coated with cooking spray, spoon in the mixture.
5. Bake covered for 20 minutes.
SERVING
6. Serve warm with vegetable sticks or Pita Wedges Melba rounds.
