| 1/4 pound crumbled ground beef, cooked and drained | ||
| 1 tablespoon taco sauce | ||
| Tomato | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Grated cheddar cheese | ||
Directions
Combine hamburger and taco sauce.
Fill mushroom caps.
Spread chopped tomatoes on filling, top with grated cheese.
Heat as above, or until mushrooms are hot and cheese melts.
